If my AE project has X-particles, Element3d, Looks, Mir, Mojo, Skybox, Tao, Plexus or other plugins with OpenGL, which server do I need?

If you completed the project in After Effects using the X-particles, Element3d, Looks, Mir, Mojo, Skybox, Tao, Plexus, or other plug-ins with OpenGL, you need after registration, write about this to support.

They will switch your task on a dedicated server, which added graphics and 3.5 times more powerful processors.

The cost of 1 render of an hour on this server will be $3.75 per hour.

How will the cost and render time change if I use more than one server?

When you start rendering, you can select multiple servers from 1 to 20 to the task. We do not charge surcharges for more servers.

Your task is simply rendered more quickly. For understanding, lets’ make a calculation:
You run render  with 1000 frames on 1 server, actual render time - 10 hours, 10 hours of work in 1 server, which will be 10 render-hours.

OR

You run render with 1000 frames on 10 servers, actual render time - 1 hour, 1 hour of work in 10 servers, which will be 10 hours- render.

How do I find the preliminary cost of the project?
In order to calculate the cost of the project, you must register. After registration in the task setting window, the calculator button will be on top.

I’m from the EU, do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?

That depends if you’re buying as a company or as an individual. As an EU company, simply enter your VAT ID number during checkout to deduct the VAT from your order. However, if you’re buying TurboRender as an EU citizen, you’ll be required to pay VAT.

What are render-hours?

A render-hours is the currency used on our online render farm. 1 Render-hour is equivalent to an hour of rendering on 1 server, in other words, one machine hour.

You can spend 5 Render-hours for 5 hours of rendering on 1 server or, for example, for 1 hour of rendering on 5 servers.
