Guide to using the render farm

Which software is best for the CPU auto-farm?

It’s perfectly suited for 3ds Max (Corona, V-Ray), Arnold, Mantra/Karma (Houdini), SketchUp, and After Effects.

What are the CPU server specifications?

The standard pool includes 16-24 Xeon cores and 64-96 GB of RAM. For heavy projects, we have a premium pool with 24-44 cores and 96-256+ GB of RAM.

What does the "Out of memory" / "Bad allocation" error mean?

Your scene requires more RAM than the standard server provides. You can either optimize your scene's geometry/textures or ask support to move your task to our 256 GB RAM servers.

Which software is best for the GPU auto-farm?

It is designed for GPU engines such as Cycles/Eevee (Blender), V-Ray GPU, Iray, and also After Effects.

What graphics cards are used in the auto-farm?

The automated pool consists of servers equipped with RTX 2080Ti up to RTX 3090 and 4090 cards.

Can I upload my project as standalone files instead of an archive?

Yes, you can use a direct FTP connection (e.g., FileZilla) to upload heavy projects or unpacked folders. This significantly reduces unpacking errors.

What is semi-automatic B2B rendering?

This is a specialized pipeline for Redshift, Octane, and Houdini projects that require immense power. The process is supervised by our specialists. You upload your project via FTP/Cloud, we render free test frames, estimate the cost, and launch the full sequence after your approval.

What hardware is used for B2B rendering?

We use high-end multi-GPU servers with configurations like 3x RTX 4090 and 4x RT X 3090 per node.

What is the pricing for Redshift / Octane render?

Pricing is hourly: 1x4090 node is 4.25 RH/hr; 2x4090 is 7.25 RH/hr; and 3x4090 is 10 RH/hr.

How does manual server rental work?

You request a configuration in the support chat, and within 10-30 minutes we provide remote desktop access (via AnyDesk) to a Windows server. You manage your project, set up the scene, and run the render/training yourself.

What GPUs are available for AI and Machine Learning?

For AI, LLM, and Data Science tasks, we provide specialized servers with NVIDIA V100, A100, H100, and H200 GPUs (up to 141 GB VRAM).

How does billing work for manual rental?

Billing starts when you receive access. The first hour is billed in full, followed by per-minute billing. To stop the rental and billing, simply type "STOP" in the support chat.

Can I leave the render running overnight?

Yes! You can start the process, disconnect from AnyDesk, and let it run. Once finished, our support team can move your results to your cloud file manager.

What does "File Not Found" / "Missing Assets" mean?

This means the server cannot locate your textures or proxies. Common causes: non-Latin characters (like Cyrillic) in file/folder names, or absolute local paths left in the scene (e.g., C:\Users\Name\Desktop\texture.jpg). Always use Latin letters only and pack dependencies into the project (Pack All Into Blend / Collect Files).

Why do I get an "Unsupported archive format" error?

Usually, this happens if the archive name contains special characters or a network interruption occurred during browser upload. Rename the archive using only Latin characters, or use FTP to upload it directly.

I topped up my balance, but the watermarks are still there. Why?

Watermarks are tied to the specific task created during Demo mode. Topping up won't remove them from an already running task. You need to create a new task, which will render without watermarks.

Tasks are ready, but I can't download them. Why?

This might be an issue with your browser cache. Try refreshing the page (Ctrl + F5) or clearing your cache, and then try downloading again. If the results still do not appear, please contact tech support.
